These terms apply to all interactions with NeoNerdz, including browsing our shop, placing orders, submitting commission requests and communicating with us. By purchasing from or engaging with NeoNerdz, you agree to these terms. NeoNerdz is a UK-based creative studio led by Bilal Ahmad and Joe Crane, operating primarily through Etsy under the Neos3D shop name.
NeoNerdz creates custom 3D-designed and 3D-printed products including personalised display pieces, gaming decor, cosplay props, collector accessories and one-off commissions. Many of our products are made to order, meaning they are created specifically for you once your order is placed. Please review your order details, customisation information and any brief you submit carefully before confirming, as made-to-order items cannot always be changed once production begins.
For custom commissions and personalised pieces, we may ask for additional information such as names, themes, colour preferences or reference images. It is your responsibility to ensure the brief you provide is accurate and complete. NeoNerdz will produce work based on the information supplied. Any changes to a brief after production has started may not be possible and may affect delivery timescales.
NeoNerdz creates original designs inspired by broad creative worlds including retro gaming, arcade culture, anime energy, sci-fi, fantasy and cosplay. We do not claim official affiliation with any game, film, anime, brand or franchise unless a formal licence or permission exists. All original designs, models and creative work produced by NeoNerdz remain the intellectual property of NeoNerdz unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, resell or distribute our designs or finished products without prior written permission.
All prices are listed at the point of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Etsy or any other platform through which NeoNerdz operates. NeoNerdz does not store payment details. Prices are subject to change at any time but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
NeoNerdz is based in the United Kingdom. Delivery timescales will vary depending on the product, level of customisation and your location. Estimated timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. NeoNerdz is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch.
NeoNerdz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
