Our Commitment

At NeoNerdz we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. Because most of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer, our returns process works a little differently to standard retail. We ask that you read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order and Personalised Items

The majority of NeoNerdz products are custom-made based on the details, names, themes and briefs provided by you at the time of ordering. Because these items are created specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or made-to-order products simply because you have changed your mind. This is consistent with UK consumer law, which provides exceptions to the standard 14-day return right for personalised and custom-made goods.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match what was agreed in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@cloudlinemedia.co.uk. Include your order details and clear photographs of the issue so we can assess the situation promptly. Where a genuine fault or error on our part is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, reprint or refund at our discretion depending on the nature of the issue.

Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer

NeoNerdz produces all personalised items based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of ordering. If an error in the final product results from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, we are not able to offer a refund or free replacement. We strongly encourage you to double-check all names, spellings, colours and customisation details before confirming your order.

Non-Personalised Items

For any non-personalised products, you may be entitled to return the item within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK consumer law, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before returning anything so we can guide you through the process.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cloudlinemedia.co.uk. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once a personalised or custom item has entered production, cancellation may not be possible and a refund may not be available.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back via the original payment method. Timeframes for refunds to appear will depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.
